Must admit, my 9 year old son gave me this caption - the things they teach them at a young age in literacy nowadays!!
It took me a minute to realise it was a play on onomatopoeia. Ouch!
I don't think your caption needs the second sentence - if anything, it stopped me from seeing and appreciating the wordplay sooner - but you have my vote anyway.
Yep, my son just said the the word play and my hubby added the next bit.... Next time I'll just listen to the young boy!!! 🙂😂
