I originally, almost voted for this caption first, but then realized, abdo-men referred to the men coming out of his abdomen, when in actuality, two of the men are coming out of his chest. Therefore, it would be abdoman, which would not make any sense. The chest is part of the thorax, not the abdomen... otherwise, I would also find it clever.
I guess it depends where their bodies are, maybe they are mostly in the abdomen and they're just popping their heads out the chest, therefore they would be abdomen men, when they pop their heads back in again.
