In answer to the first issue, the timings are not far apart, I was writing mine on my phone and changed the wording before adding it. The other caption was not there when I started and I therefore had not seen it, did not copy it and was not influenced by it. I will however add a nod to it. I think, perhaps, that they are sufficiently different to stand alone and suspect that I would not have continued to get votes if others did not think similarly. On the sac or sack debate - ,everyone loves a pedant, Given that it is a play on words which sound the same but have different spellings, I would have thought that it was OK to include either spelling.
I don't agree that they are 'obviously copies'. Anyway, I wouldn't want to deny you the moral high ground that goes so nicely with that cloak of invisibility.
Jonathan, Pete, anon .. I am not averse to giving a nod, taking down or changing captions. There are times when I don't agree or am irritated by the manner and the frequency that things are pointed out with regard spelling, copying etc. What I will do, however, rather than take down my caption is I will take myself away for a while. There are times when the site stops being fun and you need to step away to want to come back. The sun is shining and it is very much time to go and find something more interesting to do and perhaps hope that I find the site less heavily regulated when I return.
