I always give a nod if a previous caption inspires or gives me an idea for a similar caption. In this case and many others I look at the picture when I log in, think of a caption, then if the 'dupe' comes up look to see what is similar. I also run down the list of submitted captions to make sure I am not copying. Should they be very similar, I think again. I have had no inspiration from the caption that is in contention and do not see the problem. Sorry to the captioneer if they think I am plagiarising their original idea.I have not.
