Change the name to Marie Antoinette and you've got a vote.
In my opinion, it's better as Sammy. But it's up to the caption author if he or she wants to change it.
My twisted thought process was that it was Sammy the Salmon's guillotined head in the foreground of the photo.
Which is exactly what I thought. Marie Antoinette wouldn't have fitted. Glad you didn't change it.
