I interpret it as taken from the two rugby terms (prop and hooker). Also the men look to be in a scrum formation. There is a girl to the extreme right to whom the request is probably being put to.
2nd anon is correct. I saw them as a group of rugby fans on the beer and messing around in a red light area. The girl, a 'hooker', inspires a scrum.
Hee hee! Even I got it and I know only two things about sport - nowt and b*gger all, lol.
